Glover's Garden is a community garden in Rozelle that began in 1985. It is an organic garden with lots of veggies, herbs and fruit trees.

What's it all about?

Glover's Garden is on a north facing slope and has had the soil built up organically for 28 years. Two thirds of the garden is communal and one third is made up do individual plots. We have chickens and a roster to look after them and collect the eggs. Chooks receive grain, greens, grit and weeds and the chook poo goes into the compost heap. Compost is regularly added to the plots along with worm juice and castings from several worm farms. Food for the worms is sourced from members and local markets. There is no waiting list for membership and a short waiting list for individual plots.
